Heavy machine bed with precision guides for smooth machine movement. Thermal separation of the drive and cutting areas ensures maximum precision. The machine can be set up or moved using the plug & play method with a forklift, pallet truck or crane.

Fully integrated cutting system
A unique, fully integrated machine concept, ideal for short assembly times and the highest demands on high-performance cutting processes. The entire machine, including the track and cable guides, is assembled and extensively tested in the factory. Delivered as a kit, we guarantee the shortest assembly and commissioning times.

Heavy machine bed with precision guides for smooth machine movement. Thermal separation of the drive and cutting areas ensures maximum precision. Integrated power supply lines enable access to the cutting area from all sides.

Cutting technologies
As standard, we supply this premium cutting system with plasma energy sources from the Kjellberg Q1500 - Q4500 or Hypertherm XPR150 - XPR300 series. The optional stainless steel keyboard is ideal for operation with gloves in harsh environments. A great advantage, especially when equipped with the additional oxyacetylene torch for cutting thicknesses of up to 150 mm.
Individual Line
Our modular system is used when customers require a multifunctional cutting system. Benefit from pre-configured and quickly available models through to your very own individual cutting system.
From processing, such as welding preparation, or drilling units and multi-torch applications right up to automated cutting machines, there are hardly any limits.
